- • For Installation and Operational Qualification studies, it can print instantaneous sealing force, sealing temperature, sealing speed, along with date and time information. Sealing integrity tests can be performed.
- • Features a 7" LCD color touch screen.
- • Thanks to its fast heating system, it can reach 180°C in 40 seconds.
- • Can seal within the range of 60 ~ 220°C with ±1%°C precision.
- • Sealing speed is 10 m/min.
- • Sealing width is 12 mm, providing a very strong, barrier-type seal suitable for sterilization rolls.
- • Can seal rolls of any size with its rotary wheel system.
- • Ceramic type resistors are very long-lasting.
